I want a website but where do i start ?


Your first step is to fill out the form on the contact page giving us as many details as you can. Once we receive this we will email you back within 24 hours to discuss your domain name and hosting and then begin work on your new website

 
How quickly can you get my website up and running ?


We can generally have your sample version of your site up within 2-3 days of your initial enquiry. From here we wait to hear from you to let us know what you like and what you don't.
Please feel free to mention anything you do not like as this helps us to produce a final version that you will truly be proud of.

 
What if I dont like what you have done in the sample version ?


The only way we can produce a website you like is for you to tell us what you like and don't like. We are happy to produce a number of sample versions for you until you are 100% satisfied.
We do not charge for any sample versions

 
How often can my site be updated, and how quickly will I see my updates on site ?


There is no limit to the amount of times you can request updates on any pages created on your website and most updates are done and online within 24-48 hours.

 
Are there any hidden charges ?


No, the price you agree at the start is the price you pay. The only extra charges that may apply are if you request additional pages or services.

 
What do I get for my money ?


The price you pay depends on the level of service you choose. Please check our prices page for more info.

 
Do I have to pay anything upfront ?


No, you do not pay a penny until the site is complete.
If you have chosen to pay in one payment, then payment is due on complettion of the site. If you have chosen a monthly payment plan, then the first payment is due once the domain name and hosting are agreed.

 
Do you have payment options ?


Yes, we offer a variety of payment options for you to choose from, including monthly, Please check our prices page for more info.

 
What about website promotion and search engines ?


We take care of that for you, all of our clients websites are submitted to all major search engines monthly and we also use the latest sitemapping technology to boost your rankings. All our clients have reported major increases in enquiries for their services after joining up with us

 
Can you transfer an exisiting website and or domain name ?


Yes, you can choose to have your site hosted by us without any design and updates Please check our prices page for more info.

 
What if I agreed the domain name and hosting and am happy with the website design but for any reason I cannot continue with the Website ?


Once you have agreed to the services and the domain name and hosting has been set up, you are liable to a one off fee of £50.00 to cover our costs. Regardless of how much of the website design has been completed there is NO charge for any design work

 
If i decide at any point to cancel my website and want to use the design you have created somewhere else can I do this?


NO, we provide the website design on a yearly basis. You are free to cancel that at any time with no cancellation fees, however you must not use any of the designed work on another website without our prior agreement. We will take legal action against anyone who breaks our copyright rules.

What happens if I am paying monthly and cannot afford to keep up my payments?


If you are experiancing any problems with payment, then please let us know as soon as possible. We are very flexiable and understand that breeders do suffer many unexpected costs such as vet bills. We will work out a payment option that will be suitable for both parties.

If you do not contact us and choose to ignore our attempts to contact you we will suspend your website until such times as the outstanding balance has been paid. There will be also be a reconection fee applicable if you have not contacted us within 28 days of the website being suspended.

Should the outstanding balance remain for more than 60 days, we will take legal action to recover the debt.

Unfortuantly we have to take a stand on this issue, we work very hard to manage all our clients websites, we offer 24 hour support via email and work 7 days a week. We are not prepared to increase our prices to new and existing clients in order to cover the costs incurred by a few people that seem to think they can use our services and then skip payments.
